Job Summary

- Monitor social media channels for trending news, ideas, and feedback, responding promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and comments.
- Analyze and report on social media metrics and performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to promote new products, events, and campaigns across all social media platforms.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends and technologies, identifying new opportunities for engagement and growth.
- Manage and oversee the company’s social media advertising campaigns, ensuring they align with our broader marketing efforts and achieve set goals.
- Organize and engage with our online community, fostering relationships that enhance our brand’s online presence and reputation.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a corporate or tech environment.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, best practices, and analytics tools.
- Proven track record of creating successful social media campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software is a plus.
